The Solutions Architect role at Box is a pivotal position within the Customer Success organization and the Box Consulting team. Key responsibilities include advising enterprises on designing applications for custom document vaults, assisting customers in migrating large volumes of files into Box, and integrating Box into custom CRM systems. The role demands a proactive approach to solving technical challenges and delivering tailored solutions that meet diverse customer requirements. Developing project scope documentation, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements are integral parts of the day-to-day work.

Candidates should possess over seven years of experience in development, consulting, or professional services. Expertise in cloud solution architecture and system design, including APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, middleware, and understanding scale and rate limits, is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Node.js (MEAN stack), Java,.NET, or Visualforce is required. The ability to work effectively in dynamic environments, communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, and develop repeatable solutions based on market trends and customer needs is crucial.

Box offers a competitive salary range of $142,000 to $177,000 per year, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
