Solicitor or Senior Solicitor - Employment, Health & Safety

Buddle Findlay is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join our Employment, Health & Safety team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to a wide range of employment and health & safety matters for a diverse client base.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on employment law issues, drafting and reviewing employment agreements, and representing clients in employment disputes. Additionally, you will advise on health & safety compliance and assist clients with incident investigations and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with experience in health & safety matters being advantageous. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
