Software Frontend Engineer III, Growth Services

Box is seeking a Software Frontend Engineer III to join the Growth Services team in Warsaw, Poland. This team is responsible for developing systems that enable customers to purchase, adopt, and manage their Box subscriptions through self-service experiences. The role involves contributing to the expansion of Box into new international markets and enhancing the pricing and discount offer engine to drive business growth.

In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of new platform components, plan and execute project deliverables, and maintain development documentation. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers, you will assess the technical feasibility of project requirements and propose innovative solutions. Participation in weekly stand-ups, team meetings, and on-call duties is also expected.

The ideal candidate has over four years of professional software development experience, a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, and strong proficiency in React and TypeScript. A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles is essential. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library is also required. Proficiency in English is necessary.
