Software Engineer III, Automate

Box is seeking a Software Engineer III to join the Relay Experience team in Warsaw, Poland. This team focuses on developing automation features that help users streamline routine tasks, enhancing productivity and consistency. As a key member of this team, you will contribute to products that impact millions of users who rely on Box Relay daily.

In this role, you will be responsible for composing detailed specifications and documentation for software projects, planning and executing project deliverables, and maintaining development environment documentation. You will actively participate in team meetings, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage in the production on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in the React framework and expert-level TypeScript skills. A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles is essential. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright is also required. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication within the team.
