Software Engineer II - Flows and Insight Management
Klaviyo is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join the Flows Insight & Management team, focusing on enhancing the Flows product area. This role involves delivering end-to-end solutions using both front-end and back-end technologies to improve existing products and develop new capabilities that empower users to build, manage, and analyze automated workflows seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include tackling complex challenges, exploring multiple solutions, and weighing business and technical trade-offs to determine the best path forward. The engineer will actively contribute to team discussions, help shape important technology decisions, and ship well-designed, thoroughly tested solutions that prioritize reliability and performance. The role also involves managing APIs that integrate with other services, creating a powerful ecosystem for users to drive automation in new and exciting ways.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-quality products and systems, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a software engineering role is required, along with experience building end-to-end software solutions or deep experience with both front-end and back-end technologies. Familiarity with code reviews, robust testing practices, and working in agile, fast-paced environments is also essential.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 USD, determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
