SMB Solutions Engineer

The role also entails acting as the voice of the customer by interfacing directly with the product team to relay feature requests and feedback.
Candidates should possess a four-year degree or equivalent work experience, along with over three years of relevant sales, technical, or customer-facing experience, ideally within a SaaS or Enterprise Content Management environment. Technical fluency and curiosity about AI are essential, with comfort in discussing concepts like large language models, embeddings, automation, and prompt engineering with both technical and business audiences. A proven track record of leading strategic and complex customer engagements, consistent over-achievement in previous roles, and proficiency in web technologies and APIs are also required.
The position offers a competitive salary range between $98,000 and $152,000 annually, with eligibility for equity and comprehensive benefits.
