Shipping & Receiving Handler

Ursa Major, a leader in aerospace and defense propulsion systems, is seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Handler to join our team in Berthoud, Colorado. This role is integral to our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of materials critical to our mission of delivering high-performance propulsion solutions.

The Shipping & Receiving Handler will be responsible for receiving and signing for deliveries, verifying that received hardware matches packing lists and purchase orders, and recording inbound and outbound shipments in the ERP system. Additional duties include coordinating with internal stakeholders to route deliveries, scheduling shipments and pickups, tracking inventory of shipping materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Candidates must possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to lift and transport parts and tools weighing up to 50 pounds is required, along with a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, and proficiency with computer software and the ability to learn new programs are essential.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.42 to $24.33, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
