This position involves leading the execution of customer deliverables, serving as a technical liaison, and integrating complex technical and operational inputs to meet program milestones. Key responsibilities include managing program progress from market need identification through sustainment and obsolescence, building long-term strategic partnerships with customers by providing proactive solutions, defining program objectives, and aligning necessary resources. The role also encompasses overseeing program budgets, schedules, and key results, regularly monitoring and reporting on program health, identifying and mitigating risks, and serving as the primary customer point of contact to manage contract scope and deliverables.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering and have over 12 years of experience in program management or aerospace leadership. Essential qualifications include proven program management experience in defense, national security, or aerospace domains, demonstrated leadership in fielding integrated products in operational environments, adaptability, strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in problem-solving with knowledge of program management tools and procedures.

The position offers a competitive base compensation range of $155,000 to $195,000, determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
