Candidates should possess strong design fundamentals, including expertise in composition, color theory, typography, layout, hierarchy, and storytelling. A portfolio demonstrating visual excellence across graphic design, product design, UI/UX, illustration, or related domains is required. Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how training data influences model behavior are important. The ability to evaluate visual outputs with precision and provide structured feedback, along with comfort in documentation-heavy, cross-functional environments, is necessary.
Bonus qualifications include experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or 3D tools; prior annotation, data labeling, or machine learning operations experience; basic familiarity with Python, prompt engineering, or dataset tooling; and knowledge of accessibility guidelines, usability heuristics, or user research.
