Headout LI is seeking a Senior UX Writer to join our dynamic Product Design team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of this agile and creative group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global travel platform, ensuring that users have seamless and engaging experiences. This position offers the opportunity to lead UX writing initiatives and elevate content standards across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to craft innovative, on-brand UX copy solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing content for interaction flows, emails, product tours, and style guides across web and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will act as the primary guardian of our brand's tone and voice, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints, from error messages to onboarding flows.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant writing experience in UX, tech, or product marketing roles. A strong portfolio showcasing impactful user experiences is essential. Proficiency in the English language, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment are crucial. Experience with content management systems and creating documentation for technical products is a plus.
