Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer at Twitch will join the UX Community team, focusing on enhancing streamer creation and viewer engagement experiences across the platform. This role involves leading design initiatives at the program level, collaborating with senior cross-functional partners, and contributing to the development of a cross-platform live streaming service that supports the growth of streamer-based communities.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to develop user-centric solutions, conducting research to understand user needs, and designing intuitive interfaces that sustain and grow streamer communities. The designer will also participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior designers to instill best practices within the team.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in UX design, particularly in content discovery and engagement. Proficiency in interaction design, visual craft skills, and mobile prototyping is essential. Experience with Figma, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to influence product strategy and roadmaps are also required.

The position offers a competitive salary, with base pay ranging from $137,800 to $211,600 annually, depending on location and experience.
