Senior Program Manager, Accessibility

Twitch is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Accessibility to lead and enhance its digital accessibility initiatives. This role is part of the Product Operations team and focuses on ensuring Twitch's platform is inclusive and accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities. The position is available in multiple locations, including Irvine, CA; New York City; San Francisco, CA; and Seattle, WA.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of accessibility programs and services, including quality assurance, education, training, and scalable operations. Key responsibilities involve collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to integrate accessibility processes, implementing tools and AI solutions, and managing the design system and product development processes to address accessibility issues proactively.

Candidates should have over six years of experience in building and managing accessibility programs, with expertise in accessibility best practices, guidelines, and regulations such as WCAG 2.2+ AA and the CVAA. Experience in creating and leading accessibility programs from inception, conducting audits, code reviews, and advising on risk assessments is essential. Familiarity with consumer product accessibility across various devices and awareness of assistive technologies are also required.
