Senior UX Designer

Twitch is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Community team, focusing on enhancing streamer creation and viewer engagement experiences across our platform. This role involves leading design initiatives at the program level, collaborating with senior cross-functional partners, and mentoring junior designers. The position reports directly to the Community Director of Design.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to develop and refine user experiences. Your responsibilities include conducting user research to understand streamer and viewer needs, designing solutions to support community growth, and contributing to the improvement of existing design patterns. You will also present your work in design reviews and feedback sessions.

The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in UX design, particularly in content discovery and engagement. Proficiency in interaction design, visual craft skills, and mobile prototyping is essential. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing product strategy is required. Familiarity with Figma is also necessary.
