The role also involves coordinating technical debt consolidation programs and contributing to the adoption of observability and Service Level Objective (SLO) frameworks to manage platform health effectively.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS company, with hands-on experience driving large programs within platform or infrastructure engineering contexts. A deep understanding of backend architecture, platform dependencies, and engineering trade-offs is essential. Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts, such as SLOs, incident management frameworks, and observability tooling, is required. The candidate should also have experience leading and influencing engineering leads and product managers in a platform setting, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems.
