Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives critical to our product and business strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate strategic goals into executable programs with clear outcomes, predictable delivery, and high quality. You will drive alignment across multiple teams, establish effective execution frameworks, and ensure transparency through meaningful status reporting, risk management, and dependency coordination across company-wide stakeholders. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to improving how we plan, govern, and execute programs at scale, raising the bar for operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading large, multi-team programs from definition through delivery, ensuring clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes. You will translate strategy into executable program plans, including milestones, timelines, and delivery cadences. Establishing and running program governance and coordination rituals to maintain alignment and execution momentum is essential. You will drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and Business stakeholders, including facilitation of trade-offs and conflict resolution. Partnering closely with Engineering Owners to facilitate technical delivery execution while ensuring they have the context, support, and resources needed to succeed is also a key aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related roles in a technology-driven environment. Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs to deliver cloud software by involving multiple teams is essential. A strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern product development practices is required. Experience partnering with Engineering Owners/Leads and Product Managers to deliver customer-impacting outcomes is crucial. Proven experience with risk, dependency, and issue management, including structured escalation and resolution practices, is necessary. Experience preparing clear, executive-friendly program reporting and facilitating decision-making is also important. Proficiency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalent) is expected. Experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software, and/or high-growth engineering environments is preferred. Software Development or Technical Product experience is a strong advantage.
