As the Senior Team Manager for Enterprise Sales in the East Japan region, you will oversee all management aspects of the Enterprise-Market sales team. Your responsibilities include understanding market trends and competitive information to develop mid- to long-term strategies, managing sales processes and forecasts using Salesforce, and motivating the team to achieve individual and collective goals through coaching and mentorship. Additionally, you will evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback to foster growth, and collaborate with other departments such as marketing and partner sales to drive business strategies.
The ideal candidate has over five years of experience in enterprise software sales and at least three years in a sales management role. Proficiency in sales processes and purchasing cycles, along with knowledge of SaaS, is essential. Experience in recruiting and developing team members within your department is also required. Being a Box user and possessing English language skills are advantageous.
