Senior Solutions Architect
The Senior Solutions Architect at Klaviyo plays a pivotal role within the Professional Services team, focusing on delivering high-impact implementations and strategic technical solutions for complex customers. This position involves leading scoped, post-sales engagements and shaping how work is delivered and scaled. Key responsibilities include owning strategic customer engagements end-to-end, from shaping delivery in partnership with Sales to driving successful implementation and long-term adoption alongside Customer Success and Partner teams. The role requires combining strong delivery and project leadership with technical depth and solution design. Additionally, the Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert, becoming deeply knowledgeable in the Klaviyo platform and surrounding martech ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, implementation, solution consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with a track record of leading enterprise-level projects. Proven success working with multiple stakeholders across diverse teams and departments in complex, often global, environments is essential. Technical skills required include hands-on experience with modern web development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and general-purpose programming languages like Node or Python. A strong understanding of the martech landscape and surrounding technologies, including Email, SMS/Mobile, and how to leverage a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for advanced use cases, is also necessary.
Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary range for this position, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary offered is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
