Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Box is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack, to join our Content Creation team in Warsaw, Poland. Box is a leader in Intelligent Content Management, enabling organizations to manage the entire content lifecycle and transform business workflows with enterprise AI. The Content Creation team focuses on developing the Notes and Canvas products, which are integral to our platform and widely used by our customers.

In this role, you will develop high-quality, scalable, and responsive software using modern technologies. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, and creating clear technical documentation to share knowledge across engineering teams. You will also leverage AI tools to accelerate development and participate in our on-call rotation to ensure the reliability of our services.

The ideal candidate has over six years of professional software development experience, with strong coding skills in Node.js for backend development. You should have deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend frameworks like React, along with experience in designing and implementing APIs and services. A solid grasp of system design, data modeling, and software design principles is essential. Proficiency in English is required.
