Senior Software Development Manager, Creator Sponsorships
As a Senior Software Development Manager on the Creator Sponsorships team at Twitch, you will lead the development of products and features that enable creators to monetize their content through influencer marketing at scale. This role involves collaborating with engineering leaders, product managers, designers, data scientists, and program managers to deliver solutions that benefit both creators and advertisers. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement.
In this role, you will lead a team of engineers to design, build, and operate full-stack applications serving advertisers, creators, and viewers. You will drive complex technical and product trade-offs, delivering iterative value to customers, and manage multiple high-impact technical and product initiatives concurrently. Collaboration across teams and functions is essential, balancing diverse stakeholder perspectives. Fostering an energetic, fast-paced, and high-accountability culture is key, while ensuring the development of maintainable and scalable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience as an engineering manager and over 6 years in software development. Experience as a Senior Engineer designing, implementing, and operating distributed applications at scale is required. A proven ability to attract, hire, and develop top engineering talent is essential, along with deep experience in customer-facing product development.
The base salary range for this position is $212,700 to $287,700 USD annually. Compensation includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
