The Senior Sales Operations Manager role at Klaviyo is a 12-month contract position based in Singapore, focusing on the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is integral to Klaviyo's global Go-to-Market organization, which provides insights and maintains systems and processes to accelerate revenue. The APAC Operations team collaborates closely with leadership across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve regional revenue targets. As Klaviyo continues its rapid expansion in APAC, this team plays a critical role in strategy, planning, and operational excellence.

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will own analytics, processes, and reporting to empower customer-facing teams to exceed pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence in pipeline management and sales forecasting, optimizing funnel performance, establishing monitoring for key accounts, managing lead routing and scoring, overseeing territory management, building dashboards and reports, and contributing to the localization of Go-to-Market technology and data enrichment.

Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields, ideally within a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce or similar CRMs, and SQL is required. Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment are essential. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with full authorization to work in Singapore without restrictions.
