Senior Reward Business Partner
Canva is seeking a Senior Reward Business Partner to join its Reward team, which plays a pivotal role in developing innovative total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate world-class talent globally. This position offers the flexibility to work from Canva's flagship campus in Sydney, additional campuses in Melbourne, or co-working spaces across Australia, empowering employees to choose the work environment that best suits their needs.
In this role, the Senior Reward Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide total rewards strategies, leading high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution and M&A integrations, and partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights. The role also involves using market data to identify emerging trends, preparing executive-level content on total rewards matters, and mentoring within the Reward function.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in total rewards within global, high-growth environments, deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, and strong analytical and modeling capabilities. They should possess strong commercial acumen, have led complex reward initiatives, and be confident in influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences. The ability to balance rigor with creativity and navigate ambiguity with clarity and sound judgment is essential.
