Senior Recruiter (Contract)
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with go-to-market leaders to drive the growth of our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. Your efforts will significantly influence Klaviyo's culture and business by attracting and hiring exceptional talent.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for building pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates through proactive market research and outreach. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to closing offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout. Additionally, you will develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of recruiting experience, with significant expertise in hiring for sales, customer success, and marketing roles. Strong sourcing capabilities and a proven track record of engaging passive talent are essential. The ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders on role scoping, leveling, and talent market dynamics is also crucial.
This contract position is based in our Boston office and will be compensated on an hourly basis through an external partner. The base pay range for this role is $60 to $65 per hour, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The specific salary offered will be determined by factors such as the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
