Senior Quality Engineer - SDET
OneTrust is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer - SDET to join our dynamic engineering team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through advanced test automation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
In this position, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, integrating them seamlessly into our CI/CD pipelines. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing automated test suites, monitoring and troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline issues, and collaborating with developers, DevOps engineers, and quality engineering teams to deliver high-quality software releases. Additionally, you will mentor junior SDETs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with over 10 years of experience in software development or test automation. Proficiency in Java, including a strong understanding of OOP principles, is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps, test automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress, and API testing tools like REST Assured is required. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and observability tools like Splunk or Coralogix is also desirable.
