Senior Data Analyst
As a Senior Data Analyst at OneTrust, you will play a strategic role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. While your impact may span multiple functions, you will work closely with business teams to ensure analytics efforts align with key business objectives. You will be responsible for leading data preparation and transformation processes, ensuring that our data is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. Your expertise in developing advanced Power BI dashboards and your ability to perform in-depth data analysis will support various business operations and help us stay ahead in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented analyst who excels in cross-functional collaboration, communicates with confidence, and leverages data to drive measurable business impact.
In this role, you will develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights. You will partner with business leaders in product, finance, marketing, and customer experience to uncover insights and identify opportunities. Conducting data preparation, transformation, and cleaning processes to ensure the integrity and readiness of data for analysis will be a key responsibility. Applying advanced statistical techniques, including causal inference methods, to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights is also expected. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all reporting, maintaining high standards for data quality, and translating data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders through reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards are essential aspects of the role. Adherence to best practices in data analysis and visualization is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods to support and drive critical business outcomes. Demonstrated success in supporting and influencing business strategy from an analytics perspective is required. Advanced experience with SQL, as well as experience in Snowflake and Power BI, is necessary. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential; candidates must be very comfortable with data analysis and driving decision-making. Effective communication skills to break down technical concepts into business vernacular and a natural curiosity to dive into details with a strong analytical mindset are important.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include analytics experience in a SaaS industry, experience using Python for data analysis, and a graduate degree with a quantitative focus.
