Product Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market
OneTrust is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex product and feature releases across the organization. This role ensures that launches are delivered on time, clearly communicated, and aligned with broader go-to-market strategies. The Product Marketing Manager will drive operational excellence, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and bring structure and rigor to OneTrust’s fast-paced release environments.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end marketing release management for multiple concurrent launches, developing and maintaining integrated release plans, and acting as the voice of the customer to ensure deliverables are simple and value-centric. The role also involves serving as the primary point of contact for marketing release readiness, facilitating release reviews, and driving clarity on roles and deliverables across launch stakeholders. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will define and evolve marketing release management processes, create standardized launch frameworks, and ensure accuracy and timely handoff of launch assets.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, release management, program management, or go-to-market roles, with a proven track record managing complex, cross-functional launches in a product-led or technology-driven organization. Strong project and program management skills with exceptional attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
OneTrust offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary range of $127,500 to $191,250, along with discretionary bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
