Senior Product Support Specialist
Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will assist customers in effectively utilizing Zenoti's cloud-based software solutions tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. Our platform enables businesses to manage appointments, point-of-sale operations, customer relationships, employee schedules, inventory, and marketing programs seamlessly. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inbound help requests from customers through phone calls, chats, and emails. You will own customer-reported issues, seeing them through to resolution, and advocate for our customers' needs. Consulting with clients to optimize their business operations using Zenoti will be a significant part of your day-to-day activities. Additionally, you will document and prioritize customer issues, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and contribute to the development of knowledge base materials to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience supporting web-based enterprise applications, a strong technology-centric background, and a willingness to solve customer problems. Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications is essential. Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are required. Flexibility to work night shifts and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment are also necessary.
