Senior Product Specialist(SaaS Onboarding and Implementation)

Zenoti is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to lead the onboarding and implementation of its SaaS solutions for clients in the beauty and wellness industry. This role involves collaborating with customers to define requirements, configure products, and ensure successful adoption of Zenoti's comprehensive software platform.

Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, configuring the software to meet specific business scenarios, and addressing customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. The specialist will also coordinate with internal teams to align product capabilities with client needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidates should have 6-9 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise products, with a strong background in software functionality and configuration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver effective customer presentations. Willingness to work night shifts and travel on short notice is required.
