The Community team at Twitch is dedicated to developing products that empower creators to build and grow their communities, enhancing viewer engagement across the platform. As a Senior Product Manager for Notifications, you will own the notifications platform and drive strategy to improve both existing and new notification experiences. Your work will focus on building a scalable, reliable notifications infrastructure while optimizing notification content and delivery to strengthen the connection between streamers and viewers. You will identify opportunities to drive viewer engagement and retention through timely, relevant notifications that help viewers discover content and stay connected to their favorite creators. You will define and execute a product strategy based on customer needs, balancing platform reliability and performance with user experience, while driving agile innovation in notification systems and personalization.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing high-impact products that enhance the connection between streamers and viewers. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with applied scientists, data science, engineering, and design teams to drive results. You will also develop strategic plans for key growth initiatives, such as evolving the notifications platform, and navigate the complexities of executing both short-term and long-term plans. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of both viewers and streamers, working with product teams across Twitch to optimize the end-user experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of Product Management experience, including 2 or more years working directly with notifications solutions. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret data trends and insights, and to make informed decisions even when data is incomplete. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with a talent for articulating customer problems precisely. A proven track record of shipping products through experimentation, analyzing insights, and measuring impact is also important.

- Seattle, WA: $151,200—$204,600 USD
- San Francisco, CA: $173,900—$235,200 USD
- New York, NY: $166,300—$225,000 USD
- Los Angeles, CA: $151,200—$204,600 USD
- Irvine, CA: $151,200—$204,600 USD
