Senior Product Mgr - Community
Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Community team, focusing on enhancing the notifications platform to strengthen connections between streamers and viewers. This role involves building scalable, reliable notification infrastructure and optimizing content delivery to drive viewer engagement and retention. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, with options to work from New York, NY; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles, CA; or Seattle, WA.
Key responsibilities include developing tactical improvements to Twitch's growth levers through experimentation and intuition, crafting strategic plans for the evolution of the notifications platform over the next 2-3 years, and collaborating closely with applied scientists, data science, engineering, and design teams. The role also requires navigating the complexities of executing both short-term and long-term plans and representing the interests of both viewers and streamers in the development of notification products.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of product management experience, including 2 years working directly with notification solutions. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret data trends and insights, as well as to rely on product intuition when necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a proven track record of shipping products through experimentation and impact measurement.
The base salary for this position varies by location:
- Seattle, WA: $151,200–$204,600 USD
- San Francisco, CA: $173,900–$235,200 USD
- New York, NY: $166,300–$225,000 USD
- Los Angeles, CA: $151,200–$204,600 USD
- Irvine, CA: $151,200–$204,600 USD
