GWI is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our API ecosystem and rapidly expanding portfolio of AI products, including Agent Spark and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. This high-visibility role is central to GWI's strategic growth initiatives, focusing on positioning our API and AI offerings to both technical buyers and new business personas such as marketers, sales teams, and product teams who require consumer insights at the point of decision. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Product Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining positioning and messaging frameworks that resonate with diverse audiences, leading go-to-market strategies and launch executions for new AI product releases, and conducting structured customer conversations to enhance GWI's understanding of non-research buyers. Additionally, the role involves creating practical sales enablement materials, such as talk tracks and objection handling guides, to support a sales team transitioning to AI and technical selling motions. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will also partner closely with Product leadership to contribute to roadmap prioritization and ensure customer insights inform product development.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience marketing AI-powered or API-driven products to both technical and commercial buyers, with the ability to position complex, evolving products with clarity and confidence. Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into sharp, audience-specific value propositions is essential, along with a track record of leading end-to-end go-to-market strategies for technical or AI products. Strong commercial acumen, including experience influencing pricing and packaging decisions, and comfort operating in fast-paced, transitioning business environments are also required.

GWI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' annual leave plus office closures over the holidays, a health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support. Financial benefits include a competitive salary, 4% pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success. The company also provides flexibility and balance through flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, and a "work from home" budget. Career growth opportunities encompass accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.

At GWI, diversity is fundamental to our identity as both a data company and a workplace. We strive to ensure our workforce is as diverse and inclusive as the insights we provide to our clients. As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to providing necessary adjustments during the hiring process. Joining GWI means contributing meaningfully, growing professionally, and belonging fully within a supportive and dynamic environment.
