The Head of Performance Marketing at GWI leads the Paid Media, SEO, GEO, and website performance teams with an AI-native approach to enhance targeting, personalization, and growth scalability. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies that drive pipeline growth, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable impacts across the marketing funnel. The position is based in London, operating on a hybrid model with two days in the office per week.

Key responsibilities include defining and owning GWI's global performance marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals. The role encompasses leading a diverse team across Paid Media, SEO, GEO, and website performance, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Establishing experimentation frameworks and continuously improving all channels are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, the Head of Performance Marketing will build AI-first creative systems in partnership with design teams to rapidly prototype and test high-performing assets at scale.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in performance marketing, including leadership of multi-channel teams covering paid media, SEO, and website management. A proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth through full-funnel performance strategies across Product-Led Growth (PLG), Sales-Led Growth (SLG), and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) motions is essential. Deep expertise in paid digital channels and SEO/GEO, evidenced by past campaign results and budget ownership, is required. Experience in managing or significantly contributing to a high-performing website, along with leadership experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and external partners, is also necessary. An analytical mindset with mastery of attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI analysis, as well as experience leveraging AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and campaign performance, are critical qualifications.
