Box is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of its Workflow Platform, a critical component of Box Automate. This role offers the opportunity to shape the vision and functionality of a leading product that enables customers to build business-critical workflows, impacting millions of users who rely on Box Automate daily.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for conducting market and customer research, as well as competitive analysis, to inform product decisions. They will collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring measurable value delivery. Additionally, the role involves working with Go-To-Market teams—including Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product Support, and Professional Services—to effectively communicate product messaging, identify high-value use cases, and explore new product opportunities. The manager will also define metrics, track adoption and usage, identify gaps, and make data-informed decisions in partnership with Analytics. Furthermore, they will work with Business Development to identify opportunities to accelerate business, such as integration with technical partners or acquisition of new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least two years managing B2B SaaS products. A proven track record of managing and launching successful products related to workflow, business process management, or content automation is essential. The candidate should possess a strong technical understanding and the ability to negotiate technical requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for articulating product vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels and facilitating productive discussions. Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are also required. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, is expected.
