Senior Product Manager
ROLLER is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a new marketing automation product aimed at enhancing guest experiences in the leisure and attractions industry. This role offers the opportunity to build a product from the ground up, influencing strategy, architecture, and direction from inception to global release. The successful candidate will work within a newly formed product area, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to create a platform that enables venues to implement targeted lifecycle and seasonal marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the marketing automation product. The Senior Product Manager will define and prioritize core functionalities, contribute to the architecture of the data intelligence layer, and design flexible models to drive transaction uplift across guest touchpoints. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the capture and activation of identity and behavioral data across the platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to ship iteratively, and collaborating on pricing, packaging, positioning, and launch strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, particularly in building and launching new products. They should possess strong analytical skills, experience in marketing automation or related fields, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires alignment with various stakeholders and the ability to drive momentum in a newly formed team.
