ROLLER is seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our expanding team in London. In this role, you will manage inbound leads and collaborate with a Business Development Representative to generate outbound, net-new pipeline opportunities. Your responsibilities will include researching prospective customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing outreach strategies. By understanding clients' business objectives, you will present customized solutions that align with their goals. You will be accountable for exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or a related field and possesses 5-7 years of experience in closing sales roles, preferably within the SaaS industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills are essential, along with a proven track record of defining and achieving growth success metrics. Technological proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new technologies are also required.
