ROLLER is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in London, United Kingdom. As a global software-as-a-service company operating in over 30 countries, ROLLER specializes in providing seamless ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships, and digital waiver processes to the leisure and attractions industry. Our mission is to help businesses operate smoothly and create fun and memorable guest experiences. With a team of over 300 passionate professionals worldwide, we are committed to building something truly remarkable.

In this role, you will manage and qualify all inbound leads from marketing channels, ensuring a smooth intake process and seamless handoff to the sales team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will create a positive, professional, and lasting first impression that reflects ROLLER’s commitment to exceptional service. Additionally, you will generate new business leads through inbound opportunities via calls and emails.

The ideal candidate is based in London and excels in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration and remote productivity. While 1-2 years of SDR experience in the B2B SaaS industry is a plus, we welcome candidates who show potential, drive, and a passion for sales, even if they are new to the role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, with a solid grasp of qualification frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT, is desirable. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is advantageous, as is proven success running outbound sales strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building strong relationships and communicating clearly with both clients and team members.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including 20 days of paid time off (PTO), 10 sick days, and local paid Bank Holidays. Additional benefits include ROLLER Recharge days to celebrate and recharge once we've hit our goals, 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers, and 4 weeks paid parental leave for secondary carers. Employees also receive private medical and dental insurance, company pension with The People's Pension, life insurance from day one, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering 24/7 GP and mental health support, physiotherapy, wellbeing resources, long-term condition support, and specialist services.

At ROLLER, we foster a positive and collaborative culture where team members are encouraged to contribute to company-wide initiatives directly through our ‘Vibe Tribe.’ Regular events and social activities, fundraising, and cause-related campaigns are part of our commitment to creating a supportive and engaging work environment. We also provide individual learning and development budgets, offering genuine career growth opportunities as we continue to expand.
