The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales for EMEA (SMB) at ROLLER is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base within the small to medium-sized business segment across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the RVP will lead a team of Account Executives, aiming to penetrate targeted geographic territories and market segments to achieve significant revenue growth and increased market share.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales and pipeline development strategies to meet new customer acquisition and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets. The RVP will mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to enhance their ability to secure new revenue and build robust pipelines. Additionally, the role involves assisting Account Executives in closing opportunities, participating in the sales process for new business, and collaborating with the Customer Success team to manage existing accounts and drive venue expansion. Regular reporting on sales activities and forecasts to senior management, along with recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on ROLLER's sales processes, are also integral to the position.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing teams to achieve new business sales targets. A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment is required, with a proven track record in managing sales budgets and implementing effective sales processes to maximize customer acquisition. Experience in scaling organizations from $20M to $100M+ in revenue and developing high-performing sales teams is essential. The candidate should be based in London, UK, and open to a hybrid work arrangement involving three days in the office.
