Senior Product Manager (Product B2B SaaS)

As a Senior Product Manager at Zenoti, you will lead the development and enhancement of our B2B SaaS platform tailored for the beauty and wellness industry. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive product strategy and execution to deliver solutions that streamline operations and boost customer engagement for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, defining market needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will manage the product lifecycle from conception to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Additionally, you will work with development leads, product architects, and key customers to prioritize the product backlog and oversee agile development processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and senior executives. Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach are essential. A solid understanding of mobile, web, and cloud technologies is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager role. A technical or engineering background is necessary, and an MBA from a premier management institute is desirable.
