Senior Product Manager, Platform Integrity
Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for Platform Integrity and Protection, focusing on account security, abuse prevention, and scalable organization modeling. This role is integral to ensuring the security and scalability of Klaviyo's account and identity systems, which are foundational to all customer interactions. The position is based in Boston, MA, and requires a hybrid work schedule with three days per week in the office.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and driving the product strategy and roadmap for Platform Integrity and Accounts. Key responsibilities include defining and evolving Klaviyo's account and organization models to support enterprise-scale operations, leading initiatives focused on account security and risk mitigation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security, Compliance, and Core Platform teams. The role also involves aligning multiple engineering teams around shared data models and platform capabilities, as well as defining and tracking metrics for account security and platform health.
Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, preferably in platform, infrastructure, or security domains. Experience with account systems, identity, permissions, or data models in B2B SaaS environments is essential. The role requires comfort in technical problem spaces, the ability to drive cross-team alignment without direct authority, and strong communication skills to articulate trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The base salary for this position ranges from $136,000 to $204,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company's annual cash bonus plan, equity options, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
