The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and refining the product vision and strategy for Legal Holds, Content Collection, and future eDiscovery initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams—such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to gather requirements and ensure successful product delivery. The role also involves conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, overseeing user experience design, monitoring performance metrics, engaging with customers for feedback, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in eDiscovery across any industry, with a solid understanding of matter management frameworks and best practices for end-to-end legal matter management. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years in product management is required, demonstrating a track record of developing and launching successful products. The role demands strong analytical skills, effective collaboration with diverse teams, user-centered design principles, project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, familiarity with the eDiscovery Reference Model, and an understanding of relevant technology stacks.
