The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast, particularly in the New York City area.
In this role, the Senior Product Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of SeatGeek's catalog, focusing on enhancing coverage, freshness, and accuracy of event listings. Key responsibilities include collaborating with operations and marketplace teams to design scalable data ingestion processes, partnering with analytics to define and monitor catalog health metrics, and advocating for catalog initiatives across the organization. The manager will also explore opportunities to integrate AI and machine learning technologies to automate data ingestion and improve content enrichment.
Candidates should have over eight years of product management experience, with a proven track record in shipping impactful products at scale, ideally in marketplace, platform, or data-intensive contexts. Experience in managing foundational data or catalog products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in complex, ambiguous problem spaces are essential. Proficiency in modern prototyping tools like Claude and Figma, as well as a demonstrated curiosity in new technologies, are also important.
Compensation for this role includes a salary range of $130,000 to $188,000 per year, along with equity stake.
