Senior Product Designer - Restaurant Platform

OpenTable is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Restaurant Platform team, focusing on enhancing the core experiences that connect restaurants, partners, and internal teams to our services. This role involves designing solutions for onboarding, reporting, security, APIs, and partner tools, contributing to our mission of empowering restaurants to thrive.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities include championing product concepts that balance customer needs with business goals and conducting research with restaurant owners and staff to inform design directions.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design, particularly in B2B environments or complex workflows. Proficiency in leading workshops, conducting end-to-end user research, and expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools are essential. Strong visual and interaction skills, effective time management, and excellent communication abilities are also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000, along with benefits such as health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, paid time off, and parental leave.
