Senior Product Designer - Restaurant Platform

As a Senior Product Designer at OpenTable, you will be instrumental in shaping the core experiences that connect restaurants, partners, and internal teams to our platform. Your focus will encompass areas such as onboarding, reporting, security, APIs, and partner tools, all within a company dedicated to empowering restaurants to thrive.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that scale. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive user interfaces, facilitating user research with restaurant owners and staff, and translating findings into actionable design directions that balance customer needs with critical business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design, particularly within B2B environments or complex workflows. Proficiency in leading workshops with cross-functional partners, conducting end-to-end user research, and expertise in tools like Figma are essential. Strong visual and interaction skills, effective time management, and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly are also key qualifications.
