Senior Product Designer, Editors

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Editors team, focusing on enhancing the visual and aesthetic aspects of our design language. This role involves collaborating with engineers, product designers, brand designers, and cross-functional partners to elevate Klaviyo's user experience and ensure our visual design aligns with our brand identity.

In this position, you will design visual experiences that unify and exemplify our design language, document and maintain the Klaviyo Design System, and advocate for its adoption across the organization. You will also transform workflows by integrating AI, building smarter systems from the ground up, and highlight opportunities to utilize the design system through design critiques and team meetings.

The ideal candidate has experience in product design with a strong portfolio, expertise in designing and building scalable design systems within large product organizations, and proficiency in documenting guidelines and standards. A strong understanding of WCAG standards, visual design principles, and user experience best practices is essential. Experience with AI tools and workflows, critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required.

Klaviyo offers a competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $210,000 USD, determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, education, and work location.
