ShopMy is seeking a Senior Product Builder to lead the development and growth of its consumer-facing shopper product, which offers customers a novel way to discover, organize, and purchase products through creator-curated experiences and personalized taste profiles. This role involves transitioning product leadership from the CEO and driving the strategy, execution, and expansion of the shopping experience post-launch. The position is based in New York, NY, and offers a hybrid work environment.

The Senior Product Builder will take full ownership of the shopper product, defining its long-term vision and short-term execution plans. Key responsibilities include developing and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that deepen personalization, improve discovery, and increase shopper lifetime value. The role requires analyzing product and behavioral data to identify success drivers and growth opportunities, leading the development and delivery of features such as curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding flows, and checkout optimization. Additionally, the position involves acting as the central communication hub among engineering, design, data, brand, marketing, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product iterations.

Candidates should have over five years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing products and successful post-launch growth leadership. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach are essential. The role demands excellent prioritization abilities, balancing scope, time, and quality, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in engineering and UX/design. A deep understanding of shopper behavior and user empathy is crucial, along with exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and has a proactive, action-oriented mindset.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $225,000 annually, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as role scope, relevant experience, key skills, education, training, and business considerations.
