As a Brand Growth Executive at ShopMy, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partnerships with beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands across the US, Europe, and Australia. This position involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and demonstrating how the ShopMy platform can help them exceed their goals. You will manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Key responsibilities include pitching prospective clients, leading product demonstrations, and efficiently closing deals to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. You will construct commercial packages, create insertion orders, and negotiate favorable affiliate rates for creators. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Brand Onboarding and Brand Success teams to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support for new clients.

The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas. Strong organizational skills, motivation, and a deep understanding of the beauty and fashion industries are essential. A self-starter with a bias toward action, you should be focused on results and outcomes, inspiring the entire team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 USD, exclusive of commission.
