Senior Manager, Product Support - Onboarding
ShopMy is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Onboarding to join our Product Support team. This individual contributor role is responsible for managing the brand onboarding experience from post-sale through go-live, while developing systems and standards to scale the function. The role operates at the intersection of client success, product operations, and strategic execution, requiring both hands-on delivery and high-level thinking.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the full brand onboarding lifecycle, managing both Shopify and non-Shopify queues to ensure a clear and well-executed path to launch for each brand. The role involves monitoring onboarding health, tracking timelines, addressing churn risks, and resolving systemic blockers before they impact brands at scale. Additionally, the Senior Manager will define quality standards and escalation protocols, lead large cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Product and Engineering teams on platform improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 4–6 years in client onboarding, client success, or related implementation roles, including at least 1–2 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently. Experience in e-commerce and/or affiliate marketing is essential, with familiarity with Shopify strongly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong data fluency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while balancing urgency, quality, and relationship management.
