Associate, Client Strategy

The Associate, Client Strategy role at ShopMy is integral to the Brand Success team, focusing on managing and optimizing a portfolio of brand partners. ShopMy is a leading platform in the creator economy, connecting brands with top creators to drive performance-driven marketing programs. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing brand retention and success on the platform.

Key responsibilities include assisting Client Strategy Managers with daily brand account management, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, and maintaining accurate account data. The associate will attend external meetings with brands, track and execute action items, support ad-hoc projects, and collaborate with other associates to share best practices and drive efficiency.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have 1–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or other client-facing roles. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom is required, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Adaptability to evolving brand needs and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

The position offers a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 USD, with additional benefits including medical and dental coverage at 70%, equity in ShopMy, flexible PTO, 14 weeks of parental leave, and a 401k program with a 3% automated contribution from ShopMy.
