Senior Product Builder-Brand
ShopMy is seeking a Senior Product Builder to enhance the brand experience within its platform. As the second Product Builder on the team, this role is pivotal in developing tools that enable brands to discover creators, manage gifting programs, execute paid collaborations, and measure ROI on creator marketing initiatives. The objective is to make ShopMy an indispensable component of every brand's creator marketing strategy.
The Senior Product Builder will own key brand-facing product areas, including creator discovery, gifting workflows, campaign management, analytics, and reporting. Responsibilities encompass diagnosing real problems from brand feedback and usage data, shaping creative solutions with clear flows and wireframes, and shipping products into production while ensuring optimal performance. Collaboration with Engineering, Design, User Experience Research, and Data teams is essential to move from concept to live product efficiently.
Candidates should possess over five years of product management experience, particularly in B2B or marketplace products within marketing technology or advertising platforms. A strong design instinct, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of how brands approach creator marketing are crucial. Experience in fast-paced, small-team environments with high ownership and accountability is also desired.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $225,000, with additional equity options.
