Senior People Business Partner
As a Senior People Business Partner at AlphaSense, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, shaping people strategy and driving organizational effectiveness. This role involves partnering with leadership to develop and implement talent strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with VP-level leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. You will utilize AI-powered HR tools and people analytics to provide data-driven recommendations, oversee the full talent lifecycle from hiring to exits, lead succession planning and leadership development programs, manage complex employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws. Additionally, you will drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and lead change management efforts for organizational transformations.
The ideal candidate brings 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years as an HR Business Partner. A proven track record in fast-growth or technology-driven organizations is essential, along with deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and Maharashtra-specific regulations. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and AI-enabled HR tools is required. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence across seniority levels, and a Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Behavior preferred) are also necessary.
