Senior Paralegal

In this role, the Senior Paralegal will manage a high-volume portfolio of litigation matters within a regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities include handling customer legal claims from pre-action through to resolution, preparing pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents, and monitoring court deadlines to ensure compliance. The position also involves supporting settlement discussions, assisting with possession claims, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments.
Candidates should have experience managing litigation matters within a financial services environment, with a strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Proficiency in drafting court documents and litigation correspondence is essential. The role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Experience in mortgage litigation, possession proceedings, or recoveries litigation is advantageous.
